Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship development in North London for one of the capital’s fastest-growing main contractors. This is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile, career-defining project . About Us: This is an ambitious and fast-expanding main contractor making waves across the London construction scene. Known for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes, we’re now taking on one of our biggest projects to date — a landmark development set to transform the local area. The Project: A prominent, multi-phase scheme in North London comprising residential units, commercial spaces, and public realm enhancements. High design value, complex logistics, and a key focus on sustainability and community integration. The Role: As Project Manager , you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of the project from groundworks through to handover. You will lead a site team, manage subcontractors and client relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and report directly to the senior leadership team. What We're Looking For: Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects (£10m) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage programme, cost, quality, and safety to the highest standard Experience with RC frame and residential/mixed-use developments A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), First Aid
