Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in paper converting technology to lead our client’s complex initiatives within their manufacturing operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proven track record in project management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple phases of development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead scale-up activities and manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure operational readiness and supply continuity.
- Oversee execution of project tasks, monitor progress against milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Track project budgets, control costs, and manage project-related financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Maintain and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Facilitate team collaboration and manage cross-functional activities, ensuring accountability and timely decision-making.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key learnings and process improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in paper converting technology, including process knowledge and equipment integration.
- Demonstrated experience managing contract manufacturer relationships and scaling up manufacturing initiatives.
- Proven success in project management of paper initiative start-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Experience with formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
