Allen Schrock & Sons, a family-owned and operated custom home builder based in Congerville, IL, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects across central Illinois. The Role: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll be the central point of leadership on each job site-responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality. You'll manage day-to-day construction operations, coordinate teams and trades, communicate directly with clients, and bring order and clarity to the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential construction projects-from initial planning through final punch lists

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and labor plans

• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

• Conduct on-site supervision to ensure code compliance, safety, and construction quality

• Maintain consistent, timely, and respectful communication with all project stakeholders

• Troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field ()

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects

• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety, and building codes

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders

• Tech-savvy with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
