Allen Schrock & Sons, a family-owned and operated custom home builder based in Congerville, IL, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects across central Illinois. The Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you'll be the central point of leadership on each job site-responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality. You'll manage day-to-day construction operations, coordinate teams and trades, communicate directly with clients, and bring order and clarity to the construction process.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of residential construction projects-from initial planning through final punch lists

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and labor plans

Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

Conduct on-site supervision to ensure code compliance, safety, and construction quality

Maintain consistent, timely, and respectful communication with all project stakeholders

Troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions to keep projects moving forward
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field ()

5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects

Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety, and building codes

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders

Tech-savvy with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
