Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) – Decarbonisation Projects (Wales)



Be the driving force behind a decade-long programme to make healthcare in Wales greener, cleaner, and more sustainable.



Join a leading energy & infrastructure delivery team delivering major decarbonisation upgrades across healthcare sites in Wales. You’ll lead £7–8M projects from early low-carbon measures to full-scale renewable energy solutions, shaping the future of public sector infrastructure.



You will look after the South West region of Wales travelling between sites as and when required. Your local office is in Swansea.



The Role

Manage full project lifecycle for energy efficiency & infrastructure works.

Coordinate subcontractors and on-site activity.



*



Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with healthcare sector standards.



*



Collaborate with design and operations teams through pre-construction and delivery.



About You



*



Mechanical or electrical background with proven project delivery experience.



*



Track record in public sector or complex building services projects.



*



Experience in decarbonisation, healthcare, or energy centres is an advantage.



*



Preferably based in West/South West Wales.
