Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Review project estimates, track budgets, and manage costs to maintain strong job margins.

Ensure strict compliance with all contract terms and project specifications.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.

Provide accurate and timely project updates, reports, and forecasts.

Partner with Superintendents to ensure project milestones are met or exceeded.

Manage and mentor project team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

Administer project closeout procedures including punch lists, documentation, and final reporting.

Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, insurance compliance, and procurement logistics.
Qualifications
-
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.

Proven leadership abilities and a strong track record of successful project execution.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling and construction management software is .
