Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact construction projects across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Review project estimates, track budgets, and manage costs to maintain strong job margins.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all contract terms and project specifications.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.

  • Provide accurate and timely project updates, reports, and forecasts.

  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure project milestones are met or exceeded.

  • Manage and mentor project team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

  • Administer project closeout procedures including punch lists, documentation, and final reporting.

  • Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, insurance compliance, and procurement logistics.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.

  • Proven leadership abilities and a strong track record of successful project execution.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling and construction management software is .

  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to project needs with urgency and professionalism.
