The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, focusing on healthcare facilities. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project phases. Manage project documentation and reporting, utilizing software tools like Procore and BuilderTrend. Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and maintain strong communication with team members. Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically in healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Sage 100, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP certification is but not required. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
