This is a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious projects across commercial environments, with a clear pathway for progression and excellent benefits.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion - ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in developing strategic project opportunities, managing stakeholders, and leading multidisciplinary teams across a variety of high-profile sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Lead and manage the delivery of projects to ensure they meet contractual, commercial, and client expectations\n\n * \n\n Identify and develop strategic project opportunities to support business growth and profitability\n\n * \n\n Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, CDM regulations, and internal procedures\n\n * \n\n Manage project risks, costs, and timelines effectively, with a focus on client satisfaction\n\n * \n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensure projects are financially planned, with clear revenue and profit goals\n\n * \n\n Monitor and drive positive cash flow through agreed payment schedules and timely invoicing\n\n * \n\n Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the wider team and project stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Support sales and business development by contributing to presentations and solution development\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Proven track record in project management, ideally within commercial real estate, corporate environments, or large-scale infrastructure\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, financial planning, and risk management\n\n * \n\n Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Excellent understanding of health & safety, statutory compliance, and CDM regulations\n\n * \n\n Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels\n\n * \n\n Ability to identify new project opportunities and support business growth initiatives\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n £70,000 per annum salary\n\n * \n\n Car allowance\n\n * \n\n Performance-related bonus\n\n * \n\n Hybrid/flexible working arrangements\n\n * \n\n Work on behalf of a high-profile client across landmark London locations\n\n * \n\n Clear progression pathway within a supportive and growing team
