We are offering an opportunity to join a small, but growing team, with a high focus on building relationships and onboarding support for our well-known clients in the financial services industry. This position will offer a leading role in various ongoing internal initiatives, driving projects through their lifecycle to implementation. Projects will vary, but may include standardization efforts; internal tool rollout; etc.
 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required:
 

  • Direct new customers through the onboarding process. Leveraging internal and external relationships, the Project Manager will transition clients from the sales process towards internal implementation, ultimately facilitating the successful launch and delivery of custom cards and services to customers.
  • Leverage knowledge of best practices within the credit card manufacturing/ FinTech industry to move projects forward and create process improvements
  • Own strategic corporate projects, ensuring forward progress and that objectives are met
  • Establish internal and external relationships, supporting stakeholders across teams, roles, and functions. This includes members of business development, manufacturing operations, and technical teams with external client representation such as financial institutions, issuers, and processors. 
  • Ensure effective cross communications to ensure understanding of project requirements, current status updates, and individual deliverables through stakeholder meetings, project plans, and software systems
  • Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders. Daily interaction and client coordination with internal resources including but not limited to manufacturing, operations, and technical services
  • Spearhead client onboarding at the intersection of sales, operations and project implementation to transition customers from the sales process to being successful, informed, and satisfied customers
  • Establish understanding of customer technical product requirements. Confirm expectations are received and communicated internally throughout the project lifecycle and track and develop metrics toward these expectations. 
  • Proactive communications and responsiveness to all customer inquiries.
  • Ensure project timelines, both internal and external, are met by managing the process from start to finish, including gathering and validating requirements and ensuring appropriate signoffs
  • Bring multiple internal and client-based parties together to conduct meetings to ensure alignment on product plan and implementation status and measure progress against goals and timelines

Qualifications: 

  • Process-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and meet goals through others.
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously. 
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work through ambiguity with a strong ability to know when to escalate and de-escalate issues to management.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

Experience: 

  • A minimum of five years of project management experience within a customer-facing environment
  • experience within product manufacturing, financial services, and technology business, particularly within Financial Card Services, FinTech, Health Tech, plastic printing, and/or financial verticals.
