Job Description Job Description Project manager Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Position Overview Top ENR MEP contractor is seeking skilled Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to join their growing team in the Charlotte and Nashville markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, as well as experience in project management within the construction industry. This is an opportunity to work on world class projects with world class people. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of commercial mechanical construction projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
