Key Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans to monitor and track progress. Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with financial constraints. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience in ground-up and commercial vertical construction projects such as multifamily development, higher-ed, or similar. Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar. Strong experience managing project financials and construction documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
