Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager for a client who is building businesses that matter and looking for a brilliant right-hand to help bring bold ideas to life.

A a Project Manager you’ll be supporting a business and life coach who helps founders grow meaningful businesses, while also leading retreats and running High and Dry — an agency and collaboration studio in the non-alc / alt-alc space.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager:

Scaling systems to supporting AI-driven innovation, social media, client comms, and retreats — no two weeks will look the same.

* Admin for consultancy projects

* Supporting newsletters, managing client portals and systems that scale

* Sending weekly messages with insights + intentions for clients

* Help organise retreats and events

* Co-creating social media content and strategy using tools like Claude AI

* Bringing big ideas to life across a diverse mix of future-facing projects
