What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in paving or construction.

• Solid understanding of paving processes (asphalt/concrete experience is a bonus).

• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and wow customers.

• Comfortable using project management tools.

• Strong focus on the details of the project.

• Valid driver’s license to be on various job sites throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Lead paving projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and top-notch.

• Work closely with customers, crews, and vendors to plan and execute projects smoothly.

• Keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at every step.

• Solve problems quickly and keep everyone in the loop with clear communication.

• Strong reporting and communication skills with sales team.
