Our client is a progressive, design-led development and construction business with a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and architecturally ambitious residential and commercial projects. They work closely with our partners, consultants, and clients to create enduring spaces that add value to communities and stand the test of time.



They are now looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and help drive the successful delivery of our pipeline of exciting, high-profile developments.



Role Overview



As a Project Manager you will take ownership of multiple construction and development projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design and quality.



Key Responsibilities



* Lead and manage all phases of construction and development projects, including planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.



* Work closely with internal teams, consultants, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.



* Develop detailed project programmes, monitor progress, and manage risk proactively.



* Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.



* Chair regular site and progress meetings and produce accurate reporting and updates.



* Ensure compliance with health & safety, planning conditions, building regulations, and sustainability requirements.



* Oversee quality control and ensure that design and delivery standards are consistently achieved.



* Support the business in refining project delivery processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.



About You



* Proven experience delivering residential or mixed-use development projects from inception to completion.



* Background in construction, development, or architecture, ideally within a design-led environment.



* Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.



* Excellent understanding of UK construction regulations, contracts (JCT/NEC), and planning frameworks.



* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.



* Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Qualifications



* Degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.



* Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM) is desirable.



* Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
