Job Overview
We build the insides of warehouses around the country. As such our description of construction and logistics is a bit different. As a Project Manager at Epsilon Builders, you'll be responsible for helping plan, executing, and closing projects successfully within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will be required to fly to and remain at project locations until completion. Most projects times may vary from 1 to 2 weeks up to 4 months.

Your leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key in driving projects that align with our business and client objectives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage team, project timelines and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members, stakeholders, client and leadership.
• Collaborate inclusively with team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail, even in fast-paced, noisy warehouse environments.
• Utilize excellent time management and risk assessment skills to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
• Apply technical knowledge of standard business tools to streamline project processes.
• Be adaptable to changes in project plans and requirements.
• Travel up to 75%. This is a by project job and you will need to remain at the site in another state (or get yourself back in time ) on site and remain there until its completion

Requisitos

· Experiencia comprobada como Gerente de Proyectos o en un rol similar, idealmente en almacenes, logística o construcción.

· Sólidas habilidades organizativas con capacidad para gestionar múltiples partes del proyecto y equipos simultáneamente.

· Excelente atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas.

· Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, con la capacidad de colaborar eficazmente a todos los niveles de la organización.

· Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y liderar un equipo hacia el éxito.

· Se prefiere título o certificado en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Proyectos o un campo relacionado, pero no es obligatorio.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse and or logistics or construction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parts of the project and teams simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team to success
• A degree or certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is , but not required

As part of the team, you will be required to travel/fly to job sites across the country and collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications. All travel will be taken care for you. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength, tools and technical skills in order to support our operations.
