A new Senior Project Manager within a dynamic FM remit of high profile accounts, has become avaialble due to growth.\n\nThe ideal location would be Hampshire as the key locations are Farnborough, Crawley, Southampton, Wrexham, Coventry and Oxford.\n\nYou will come from a Hard FM Engineering background and have cut your teeth within the FM Projects environment or moved across to it ideally during your M&E Maintenance career.\n\nHappy to travel but there is the flexibility to manage your own time and work hybrid.\n\nManaging projects from cradle to grave, happy to come up with solutions as you build your pipeline through demonstrating what's good and maintaining high standards throughout.\n\nNetworking internally with your team, you'll be a solid leader with a wealth of experience looking for your next senior move in an exciting and fast paced environment which is extremely rewarding.\n\nLooking to appoint ASAP.\n\nCommercial acumen is essential and if you've previously run your own business (however small) / division that would hold you in good stead
