Must Have Experience:

1. PMO who has experience defining the process of the PMO office
2. Experience in creating Project management Lifecycle from scratch
3. Experience with Change Management
4. Be able to translate into Process Definition
5. Experience in developing setting up processes
6. Experience defining Enterprise PMO office
7. Explain how it operates
8. Experience in redefining the processes
9. Experience Building Framework and Build processes

Role/Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive project management lifecycle framework
• Develop end-to-end process flow from idea to value realization
• Create process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Design templates, tools, and artifacts required throughout the lifecycle
• Establish demand management process
• Define intake process for project requests and ideas
• Develop requirement gathering templates and procedures
• Create standard business case development approach
• Develop project prioritization framework
• Design scoring model and evaluation criteria
• Establish governance structure for prioritization decision-making
• Create tools and templates for portfolio management
• Implement stage gates and release management
• Define stage gate criteria and approval processes
• Design release management processes and calendar approach
• Establish go/no-go decision criteria
• Create methodology-agnostic framework
• Design processes compatible with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Develop guidelines for methodology selection based on project characteristics
• Create integration points between different methodologies within the portfolio
• Support global rollout and adoption
• Develop rollout strategy and implementation approach
• Create training content and delivery plan
• Conduct roadshows and alignment sessions with regional stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $82,000/year

Pay Range Maximum: $168,300/year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
