Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive multifamily construction experience to lead both ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Tampa region. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the complexities of multifamily construction, including unit turnover coordination, building codes, and managing large scopes across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors across various disciplines in multi-unit environments
• Manage construction schedules, phasing plans, and unit turnover timelines
• Oversee permitting processes and compliance with Florida multifamily building codes and inspections
• Collaborate with superintendents and site teams to maintain safety and productivity across large residential footprints
• Communicate effectively with ownership groups, property managers, and design teams
• Handle submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout documentation specific to multifamily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction
• Demonstrated success delivering garden-style, mid-rise, or podium multifamily projects
• Strong understanding of unit-based scheduling, phased occupancy, and tenant coordination
• Proficient in construction management platforms; Procore experience
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
