Overview
Seeking a Project Superintendent to manage the construction process. Oversees trade partners to ensure quality control, adherence to the Companys scopes of work and safety protocols.

Engages with external consultants, internal team members and homeowners to effectively execute and deliver quality reconstruction with high customer satisfaction. Applies independent judgment and discretion to appropriately manage field operations daily.

Duties
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and interpret repair estimates built in insurance approved software

-Report to company admin on project status
- Utilize software for project management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management practices
- Experience with project software such as Contractor Foreman and Albi

-Experience with residential construction of single story, 2 story homes, and single-story townhomes, and some commercial experience.
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates accurately

-Ability to manage budgets and keep jobs in a set profit margin
- Knowledge of pipeline construction processes

-Time management & ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with contract management procedures

-Ability to manage sub-contractors and project scheduling
- Strong communication and leadership skills

-Must possess an understanding of Microsoft office, Google suite functions, and CRM programs.
- Previous experience in the Restoration industry
