Project Manager

Job Description

We are working closely with a privately owned developer in the South East to strengthen their growing Partnerships Division with a seasoned Project Manager, reporting directly into the Operations Director. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of residential project experience with a main-contractor / partnerships developer and a track record of delivering scheme of £5m-£15m in scale.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
