About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Business Change Programme Manager to lead and deliver strategic change initiatives for a leading UK energy company. You will play a critical role in driving transformation across operational, regulatory, and customer-facing areas, ensuring successful adoption and business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering complex change in the energy sector. (Hybrid) 6-Month contract, competitive rate
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of business change programmes across multiple functions.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define programme scope, success measures, and delivery approach.

Drive engagement, readiness, and adoption strategies across the business.

Manage risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

Oversee both internal teams and third-party delivery partners to ensure alignment and performance.
Essential Skills & Experience

Energy industry experience is essential– applicants without relevant energy sector experience will not be considered.

Extensive experience delivering large-scale business change or transformation programmes.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Comfortable operating in regulated environments with complex organisational structures.

Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, with 2 days per week in the London office.
