Reconstruction Project Manager

We are a full-service Fire and Water Restoration and Reconstruction company who has been servicing the DFW Metroplex for over 25 years. Our office is located in Arlington, TX along with our contents restoration facilities.

Our estimators take residential and commercial leads and generate an estimate for the project managers to manage from start to finish. Project managers will be taught how to create budgets for sub-contractors in order to stay in budget. Project managers will be responsible for updating “online files” with notes and photos on a weekly basis for each project.

Skills to be successful:

- Organize project timelines on a calendar to provide to the customer and our owner

- Some exposure to Xactimate reconstruction estimates

- Ability to update “online files” with notes and photos (Xactanalysis)

- Visit every jobsite at least once a week to take photos and update file (Truck provided)

- Wear First Restoration attire during work hours

- Work respectfully with subcontractors to agree to budgets

- Get sub-contractor estimates approved with the help of a First Restoration estimator

- Document change orders on projects (Code upgrades, home owner upgrades, etc.)

- Take an on-call shift for our 24/7 EMS Team for one week (every 5th week)

- Meet on-call crew if you receive a call to represent First Restoration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
