Job Description

We are working with a leading Design & Build fit-out contractor who are looking to bring on board a Project Manager for a commercial office scheme in Reading. \n\nThe project includes full CAT A and CAT B works and will require someone with a strong background in delivering high-quality fit-out packages from pre-construction through to handover.\n \nYou’ll be expected to take full control of site delivery—managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, driving the programme, and maintaining high standards across quality, health & safety, and client communication. The role is site-based and fast-paced, so a proactive, hands-on approach is essential.\n \nTo be considered, you must have previous experience delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs and be confident managing live sites from start to finish.

You’ll also need a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.\n \nThis is a great opportunity to join a reputable and growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects in the region. Immediate start available for the right candidate
