Job Title: Passive Fire Project Manager

Location: London – Office & Site Based

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

We are working with a specialist passive fire protection contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of compartmentation, firestopping, and intumescent coating projects across London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong leader to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and programme timelines are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of passive fire protection projects including compartmentation, intumescent coatings, cavity barriers, and firestopping works
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation, building regulations, and third-party accreditation standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance
• Maintain accurate records including RAMS, fire protection registers, and progress reports
• Manage project budgets, variations, and assist with commercial reporting
• Coordinate third-party inspections (FIRAS, BM TRADA, IFC) ensuring all documentation is up to date
• Provide leadership and support to site teams, promoting best practice and high standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager within passive fire protection
• Strong technical knowledge of firestopping, penetration sealing, compartmentation, and intumescent coatings
• Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and third-party accreditation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London
