Project Manager

This is role is based in Dubai We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager with UK or European experience to work in Dubai, someone who thrives in the fast paced world of immersive brand activations and large-scale productions. Based in Dubai, you'll be the calm in the chaos, the one who bridges creatives, clients, vendors and logistics with clarity and control. What you’ll be doing: Owning timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to finish Coordinating creative, design, production, and tech teams Managing clients and expectations (and making us look good doing it) Building bulletproof schedules, checklists, and contingencies Overseeing suppliers, permits, and on-ground logistics Being present on-site from setup to breakdown Keeping every moving part in check like a pro We’re looking for: 3–4 years' experience in the events world (Middle East experience a plus) Direct to brand exposure and complex project delivery A sharp eye for budgets, timelines, and vendor wrangling Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure Based in Dubai, available to work on site and secretly loves a 2am load in
