Location - London, UK (Onsite)
Type - Contract (Inside IR35)
Job Description:
- Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver MVNO core network projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Solution Design & Integration: Oversee the design and integration of core network components, including IMS, HLR, HSS, VAS, OCS, and BSS, ensuring compatibility and scalability within the MVNO architecture.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with OEMs and third-party vendors to manage procurement, integration, and support of core network elements.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for network operations, focusing on system uptime, performance optimization, and fault management
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, providing regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Core Network Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IMS, HLR, HSS, VAS, OCS, and BSS components, with hands-on experience in their deployment and management.
- MVNO Operations: Experience in managing MVNO core network operations, including integration with host MNOs and service delivery platforms.
- Project Management: Proven track record in leading complex technical projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., SIP, Diameter, MAP, ISUP), virtualization technologies, and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze network performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
