Project Manager – Defence Infrastructure & Facilities Location: South West England Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE Security Clearance: Required Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering infrastructure projects within the Defence sector? A leading organisation delivering critical infrastructure and facilities projects across the UK Defence estate is seeking a driven and capable Project Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead high-value projects focused on military buildings and facilities across the South West, playing a vital role in supporting defence capability. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Defence estate infrastructure and facilities projects Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management across multiple sites Collaborate with key stakeholders, including contractors and MOD representatives Ensure all works comply with Defence standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental objectives Produce and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience managing infrastructure or construction projects within the Defence or similarly regulated sectors Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of MOD procedures and Defence Estates standards is highly desirable Active Security Clearance (SC) – essential Relevant qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP, RICS or degree in construction/project management/engineering What’s on Offer: Competitive salary up to £80,000, depending on experience The opportunity to work on nationally important Defence infrastructure programmes Long-term career development in a secure and growing sector Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative team environment To register your interest or find out more, apply now or contact us for a confidential conversation.
