Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to oversee a range of apartment-related projects including unit renovations, capital improvements, vendor coordination, move-in readiness, maintenance upgrades, and more. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, real estate, or construction, and experience managing projects within active residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage apartment renovations, capital improvements, and other property-level projects
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Coordinate tenant communication related to ongoing projects
- Conduct property inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Create and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Assist with vendor bidding and contract management
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance supervisors to prioritize project needs
- Report project updates and risks to leadership
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing residential property projects (multifamily experience strongly )
- Background in property management, construction, facilities, or real estate development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building systems, renovation processes, and contractor coordination
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
