We are seeking a highly driven, structured, and versatile Project Manager to join our Executive Office and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on mission-critical initiatives. Role Overview: As Project Manager in the Executive Office, you will be at the heart of Insignia’s strategic operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely execution of strategic priorities, and act as a coordination hub between departments, partners, and high-level stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational acumen, strategic thinking, and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s strategic vision and business goals. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report project status regularly to the CEO and Executive Team. Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with senior leaders, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and communication. Lead strategic research and analysis to support key business decisions and project planning. Prepare high-level presentations, briefing materials, and executive summaries for internal and external use. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and impact. Ensure post-project evaluations and knowledge transfer for future strategic planning. Provide ad-hoc support on business initiatives involving growth, innovation, or high-value partnerships. Ideal Candidate Profile: MBA (or equivalent) from a recognised institution is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, management consulting, or strategic operations—ideally within financial services, luxury, or multinational environments. Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and cross-border project execution. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes in high-pressure environments. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple high-level projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an executive-level polish. High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, or Prince2 certifications is a plus). Experience working with or supporting C-suite executives is . Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in one of our key offices in London, Geneva, or Dubai. International travel may be required for strategic meetings or project coordination.
