Project Manager
Position Overview:
PGFs Project Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our client relationships by ensuring the successful execution of creative projects, serving as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients. The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and timely completion of projects (often quick turn with many moving parts) in partnership with the Creative and Build Teams, being the bridge to align client expectations, execution, and the goals of PGF. PGF is proud to be a Certified B Corp.
Key Responsibilities
Proposals and SOWS:
- Manage creative intake briefs and assess all creative projects and tasks based on resource availability
- Creates and collaborates with Founder and Operations Manager on Proposals > SOWS > Creative Briefs > Invoices for all projects to ensure project is tracking to allocated budget and resources
- You are confident in solo client meetings discussing sales and negotiating pricing
Project Management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Creative, Sourcing, Development, Production) to deliver projects on time and within budget in connection with clients
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and share with the PGF team to ensure project objectives are met and creative briefs are clearly communicated
- Evaluate completed projects and facilitate debrief process with internal project stakeholders as applicable
- Manages digital project information and archival filing of projects
- Routinely collaborate and advocate for positive changes while developing and implementing process and system improvements
- Identify potential issues and proactively address them
Communication
- Communicate project updates and status to clients regularly
- Facilitates clear communication between clients and the Fabrication team
- Handle client feedback and ensure it is effectively addressed
- Monitors and creates weekly reports on project progress, as well as problems and solutions
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure final deliverables meet/exceed client expectation and PGFs standards
- Conduct quality control checks on all project/products before delivery
General
- Any additional duties as assigned
- Contribute to group meetings and strategic company planning from your departments perspective

Education (minimum education required to do this job)
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience (minimum prior experience)
- 2+ years professional experience in Project Management and/or Sales in the soft or hard goods, or creative industry
- Working knowledge of the concept to market manufacturing process whether it is soft goods, apparel or hard goods industry
- Familiar with using GSuite, Zoom and other project management software
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Physical ability to climb permanent stairs
- Must possess a valid drivers license
