POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is responsible for project execution, alignment, and reporting on multiple complex projects, overseeing and leading projects from the contract received from customers through to completion. This is a management role in the organization and requires interaction with a range of internal departments and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of three years related in the industry and project management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Any other qualifications as seen fit by the company.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Project Manager

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Project Manager will be expected to but not limited to:

• Plan and monitor project cash flow.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
• Support and determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; delegating project tasks based on personnel strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Identify resources needed and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to specification.
• Coordinate logistics for outsourced fabricators and final shipment to the customer.
• Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables by project specifications.
• Ensures project documents are current and accurate.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

SKILLSET:

• Experience in applicable project management computer software.
• Leadership, time management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
