Commercial Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) firm is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate opening for a full time Project Manager, for commercial construction and remodel projects.

Requirements

• Experience with commercial construction, plan and spec building, and a solid familiarity of construction trades.
• The candidate must be a good communicator, be able to assist with schedules, maintain cost control, and manage multiple projects.
• The candidate will also be required to have managerial skills to review and approve daily logs and time sheets from field foremen, assist with the preparations of submittal books, RFI's, change orders, and assist in the final closeout procedure for the projects.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal records.
• Ability to understand and perform installation procedures for HVAC ductwork, equipment, and controls.
• Ability to understand and articulate field conditions and issues related to the HVAC layout and installation.
• Ability to review and understand project documents, and participate in the scheduling and coordination with other trades.
• Computers skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), email, internet navigation

Duties Include

• Participate as a member of our estimating team.
• Manage design-build and plan and specification project(s).
• Attend job meetings with owners and project team.
• Manage and facilitate the procurement of materials needed for projects.
• Manage multiple projects at one time.
• Meet with field Foremen on weekly basis to review progress and address issues.
• Manage sub-contractors.
• Help to ensure safe job sites,
