ADE Systems, Inc. is one of the largest HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in the New York Metro, Northern New Jersey and Northern & Southern Florida area who is seeking Entry level and Experienced individuals to join our growing team in our Freeport, NY office.

The Project Management Team is looking for entry level and experienced individuals that are detail oriented, hard working and responsible. The individual must be capable of multi-tasking and taking direction from their team leader. The qualified candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed submittals on the products ADE represents and managing the project they are assigned all the way to releasing the order and tracking the deliverables.

Overall Responsibilities

• Read HVAC blueprints
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Interact with customers, engineers, etc. as required
• Prepare submittals for the products ADE represents
• Release orders
• Prepare change orders when required
• Manage budget and ensure the correct products are being ordered & shipped
• Track deliverables
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Education & Experience

• HVAC background
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• PC experience is required - MS Office, Outlook, Bluebeam
