Job Description

Job Title:Project Coordinator and Quality Assurance ManagerJob Description:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion by coordinating with subcontractors, tracking schedules, and adjusting plans to prevent delays.Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes through regular site inspections and hazard identification.Verify that all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable standards.Develop and implement quality control measures, including verification of completed work units and required testing.Collaborate with stakeholders to review construction procedures and resource requirements to meet design specifications and international standards.Act as a technical advisor during construction phases, applying defined quality procedures and stop points.Identify and resolve issues during construction, verifying subcontractor resources for correcting deviations, and reviewing corrective procedures for compliance with QCP and regulations.Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and quality control measures.Requirements:Strong organizational skills with experience in project management and quality assurance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-profile projects.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.Other Information:The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field.Professional certifications such as PMP or QA/QC would be an advantage.
