About Us:Â We are a leading domestic manufacturer of ITS and transit related products based in Pembroke, MA. We serve the public transit, road & highway, and general commercial markets nationwide.
Join our team in Pembroke, MA, as a pivotal Project Manager. This is a dynamic role, you will be the central hub connecting sales, engineering, and production, managing the entire project lifecycle from initial scope to final client delivery. We are looking for a highly organized and autonomous leader who can direct client relationships, track complex timelines, manage customer expectations, and drive continuous process improvements. Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide operational support to the sales team, helping them develop project scope documents and pricing options for potential customers and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and organize project "kickoff" meetings as needed.
- Support the Engineering and Production teams to ensure a clear understanding of each project, both before and after receiving a Purchase Order (PO).
- Direct the client relationship process (post-PO receipt) to ensure clear and complete communication from production through final delivery and installation.
- Establish and track expected project ship dates, monitoring progress to ensure expectations are updated as needed.
- Gain and maintain product knowledge related to existing and new product lines, as well as their applications.
- Lead investigations, form conclusions, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.
- Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.

- Previous experience in a technical field is .
