We are recruiting a Project Management Coordinator position to join our Team in London.\n \nResponsibilities:\n\nReview all project delivery programmes and ensure all milestones are managed\n\nReview all Standard Operating Processes and other relevant documentation affecting SMW delivery and ensure compliance\n\nRaise and manage all documentation required to enable project delivery and support progress through approval system\n\nReview all relevant EHS legislation\n\nPrepare reports from various process systems to support the business cycle of progress and financial reporting\n\nPrepare presentations to explain initiatives to clients and other continuous improvements\n\nAttend all formal meetings with PMs and Client to drive the process and business cycle reporting\n\nPrepare and manage critical communications from SMW teams to clients and Engineering teams\n\nBe the 'go to person' for all ad-hoc queries\n\nDevelop relationships with Finance team and understand the requirements for Debt and Purchase Order management\n\nProvide a systemic approach to maintaining the compliance of the SMW teams, ensuring that a structured format for all aspects of the business cycle is set up and maintained\n\nEducation:\n\nDegree standard education or equivalent\n \nSkills:\n\nProblem solving skills\n\nAbility to prepare concise reports, prepare quality PowerPoint presentations and effectively lead discussions\n\nAble to work with and manipulate spreadsheets / formulas\n\nAnalytical and quantitative skills\n\nCustomer Service skills\n\nPC Literate - Microsoft Office Suite\n\nKnowledge:\n\nUnderstanding of operational impact related to actions/decisions\n \nExperience:\n\nFamiliarity working in a fast-paced organisation\n\nWhy CBRE\n \nWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
