We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Leader to oversee and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. We are a control system integration engineering firm specializing in optimizing industrial processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while leading a team and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include
· Monitor project execution parameters, including timing, detailed cost estimate, list of deliverables and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
· Assign activities and do the follow up on progress.
· Promote the Objectives established within the Integrated Management System, (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety)
· Support project management in resource and contingency planning.
· Support project teams in the project execution.
· Co-lead tender process with suppliers and contractors.
· Solve problems, correct errors and propose improvements in your area of activity.
· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
· Participate in team on-call rotation and provide support during project related cutovers.
· Programming of Industrial Computers, PLC, PACs, HMI, databases.
· Engineering of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel design, and instrument specification.
· Troubleshoot circuit and/or design problems and provide technical assistance to field crews.
· Engineer, design, and maintain installation of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems associated with processing plants, mining facilities and related industrial plants.
· Carry out activities based on the work schedule reported by the assigned PM
· Carry out activities based on the internal ProjectDone standard (hours report, monitoring of work methodology).
· Deliver plant supplies and general logistics support.
· Basic supervision of electrical/mechanical installations.

Education Requirements
Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or similar.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical and Controls Engineer
- Experience in Commissioning Control Projects
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Basic Experience with Factory Talk View SE software, Historian, Rockwell Software suite.
- Must qualify for a TN Visa
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Team Player
- May be required to lift 25-50lbs.
- Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals, and computer screens
- Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
- Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
Key Competencies / Desired Skill Set:
- Demonstrated competency in electronic engineering including engineering principles, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrable ability in the following:
1. Operation of various power, voltage and current measurement equipment, test instruments and hand tools
2. Analysis and solving complex problems
3. Use of Graphic Tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, and FTView SE
4. Microsoft Office programs
5. Reading and understanding electrical schematics and drawings
6. Effective written and verbal communication.
7. Teamwork
- Demonstrable knowledge of the following:
1. Rockwell Automation Products & Software (FactoryTalk Historian, FactoryTalk VantagePoint, FactoryTalk
2. AssetCentre, Integrated Architecture Builder FactoryTalk View SE & ME etc.)
3. Industrial Instrumentation principles
4. Industrial Network Protocols such as: DeviceNet, ControlNet and TCP/IP Protocols.
5. Process Controller Function Block Programming, PLC ladder logic, digital and sequential logic programming methods, and process related closed-loop control systems
6. Specifying hardware & architectures for control systems.
7. The Electrical Code
8. API codes as applied to electrical installations.

1. Communication tools (Outlook, I Explorer, SharePoint, Teams)
2. Mining Processes.
3. Other Automation products. Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Foxboro, Wonderware.
