We are looking for a hands-on leader to run and elevate our high-performing install operations. If you know your way around a roofing, siding, or window job site and youre ready to manage crews, drive excellence, and take charge we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Run daily install operations across Ohio
  
  
• Lead subcontractor teams with authority and respect
  
  
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and 5-star customer satisfaction
  
  
• Own the install lifecycle from scheduling to final walkthrough
  
  
• Hire, train, and develop top-tier subcontractors
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 13+ years of construction or install management experience
  
  
• Roofing, siding, or window install knowledge
  
  
• Early riser, hands-on, and deadline driven
  
  
• Solid tech/computer skills + valid drivers license
