Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-focused and technically minded Project Estimator to support the delivery of customised external infrastructure projects. This role involves developing precise, cost-effective proposals for client-specific solutions ranging from functional outdoor installations to integrated urban features. You’ll be a key link in the project lifecycle, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to handover.



Responsibilities



Generate accurate pricing for custom infrastructure and public realm projects

Offer technical insight and solutions throughout the quoting process

Collaborate with our sales and design teams to refine specifications

Liaise with suppliers for components, drawings, and material pricing

Prepare and compile client-facing documents and approval packages

Tender Review: Assess enquiries and project tenders, evaluating scope and requirements

Create detailed costings for materials, labour, and specialist services

Prepare competitive, well-structured quotes aligned with commercial objectives

Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding specifications or project scopeYour Experience & Skills

Able to absorb complex information and translate it clearly to othersDesirable Experience:



Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (experience with CAD is a bonus)

Background in construction, engineering, or a related field
