Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join a dynamic team in Winchester, VA! This is an opportunity to be part of a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. The team is known for its collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate estimates and budgets for commercial construction projects
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and subcontractors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Assist in bid preparation and proposal development

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience (commercial construction )- would also bring someone in at a more senior level position!
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
