Salary Range: $105,000–$130,000/year

This high-impact role supports large industrial and commercial projects, providing accurate cost modeling, detailed take-offs, and analytical support from early concept through execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, mechanical, and related engineering scopes
- Perform take-offs and interpret engineering/architectural drawings and specifications
- Review subcontractor bids, vendor quotes, and supplier pricing
- Build cost summaries, scopes of work, and project risk/contingency assessments
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and operations teams
- Present estimates, cost breakdowns, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Stay current on material pricing, labor rates, and market conditions
- Support project scheduling, analysis, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction or engineering estimating (industrial/commercial )
- Strong proficiency with RS Means, ProEst, Bluebeam, Excel, and take-off tools
- Ability to interpret drawings, perform accurate quantity take-offs, and evaluate bids
- Skilled in developing scopes of work, bid packages, and cost-control support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present cost analyses clearly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
