Project Estimate Coordinator

Our Project Estimate Coordinator is responsible for developing job folders for projects that have been awarded and estimating new projects. Create microbudgets for projects and communicate with operations team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

  • Review construction documents and understand scope of work.
  • Execute take-offs and input into spreadsheet.
  • Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors.
  • Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete project.
  • Prepares cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects.
  • Assist in making sure all pre-construction preparations are completed.
  • Establish effective communication with the operations department and field

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of landscaping experience is a huge plus
  • Able to read and interpret plans, materials lists, and specifications
  • General knowledge of plant material and landscape products
  • Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, Excel, Precision is highly
