Project Engineer in Willow Street

What you'll do:

  • Support the successful delivery of commercial design-build projects ranging from $1M-$40M from preconstruction through closeout.

Project Coordination

  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners to keep projects on track.

Cost & Schedule Management

  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Help prepare pay applications and maintain project schedules.

Field & Office Collaboration

  • Bridge communication between field teams and the office. Participation in jobsite meetings and support quality, safety, and progress.

Preconstruction Support

  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, subcontractors bid reviews, and value engineering. Contribute to constructability and design discussions.

Project Ownership & Growth

  • Manage smaller projects or scopes with oversight from the Project Manager. Take initiative and grow your skills every day.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
  • 0-5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Viewpoint Vista, Procore, Bluebeam is a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
