Position Overview:

Project Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various project deliverables. This position requires excellent communication skills with field personnel, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with office, field, and lab team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reviews of project documents and reports to identify and address errors and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to allocation resources effectively.
  • Organize and lead project meetings and ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Assist in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management within the construction materials testing and inspections.
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing methods and various municipality jurisdictional standard.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
