ParkerBeth Search Partners is representing a large steel contractor seeking a Project Engineer to support large-scale steel construction projects in Reno, NV and Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience looking to launch their career into Project Management.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the hub between field crews, PMs, GCs, and owners
• Manage RFIs, COs, and project documentation
• Track deliveries, waft tickets, and schedules
• Support General Superintendent and Senior Executive on multimillion-dollar projects
• Build strong relationships with field crews and PMs
• Gain exposure to projects from inception to closeout

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of project engineering or field engineering experience
• Steel subcontractor or commercial construction background
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in field/trailer environment
• Curious, solutions-driven, not just a “yes” person
