Job Description

Zenith have an exciting opportunity for an experienced R&D Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturer and play a key role in developing next‑ systems for major global customers. This is a hands‑on engineering role with real influence, international exposure, and full lifecycle involvement from concept to industrialisation.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\n * \n\n Drive product development in partnership with Senior Engineers and customer teams.\n\n * \n\n Translate customer needs into clear technical direction for internal functions.\n\n * \n\n Lead design quality, validation planning, test coordination and results analysis.\n\n * \n\n Investigate failures, identify root causes and propose effective solutions.\n\n * \n\n Support benchmarking, cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement activities.\n\n * \n\n Travel to customer sites and global company locations when required.\n\nQualifications & Experience Required\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of component manufacturing processes.\n\n * \n\n Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.\n\n * \n\n CAD/CAE capability and confident data analysis skills.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication, adaptability and cross‑functional collaboration.\n\nIf you are an experienced Project Engineer with a background in R&D please click apply now
