Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer\n\nAdditional Details:\n\nLocation: Birmingham area\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nDuration: 12 months\n\nHours: 40 per week\n\nRate: Competitive market rates\n\nAre you an experienced MEP (Mechanical/Electrical) Project Engineer looking to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects?\n\nOur client, a leading organisation within the infrastructure sector, is seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of critical building services across complex engineering assets, including tunnel portal buildings and pumping stations.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nOversee and verify the contractor's design assurance activities for building services across multiple sites\n\nEnsure the integration and certification of systems including:\n\nLighting\n\nElectrical\n\nMechanical\n\nHVAC\n\nPower\n\nFire safety\n\nProvide oversight during the design phase, ensuring compliance, quality, and technical standards are met\n\nWork closely with internal teams to support upfront design verification and assurance processes\n\nBe primarily based on-site in Birmingham, with occasional travel as required\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nProven experience in MEP / building services assurance within large-scale infrastructure projects\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nContractor design verification\n\nSystems integration\n\nCertification processes\n\nAbility to manage and coordinate multiple technical sub-systems\n\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset\n\nFlexibility to work full-time, with at least 3 days per week on-site in Birmingham\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure programme with a well-established and reputable organisation
