Job Description

To be responsible for the ongoing management and business development of engineering quotes to both UK based and world-wide sales. To ensure the quotes and projects are efficiently maintained and ensure that excellent customer contact is given at all times. Key Responsibilities Accountabilities: Provide a high quality service to the Sales Team, Control Planning Office Manager and Managing Director Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information, which will assist in the smooth running of Hymec Identify and assist in the improvement opportunities in both quality and efficiency whilst following all procedures, both operational and technical Maintain risk reviews Production Engineering-BOM’s/Routings new and updates ECN Processing-Control of all customer driven changes Project management To gain full working knowledge of all the equipment used in Hymec’s manufacturing process Provide general and technical support to all internal and external stakeholders as and when required Assist planning and production to manage work allocation and performance monitoring to ensure that client expectations are understood and delivered accordingly Identify and develop effective information channels and relationships to assist new and existing clients Assist in the provision of regular management information reports and data as required, assisting management to review performance in line with processes and KPI’s inc Daily machine utilization.
