Project Engineer – Phoenix, AZ or Marion, IN | Relocation Assistance Available

We're hiring Project Engineers at both our Phoenix, AZ and Marion, IN plants, and we're looking for people who know how to run capital projects from concept to commissioning.

What you'll own:

• Full project lifecycle management — scope, schedule, budget, and closeout
• Installation and startup of production equipment and facility improvements
• Cross-functional coordination with ops, maintenance, quality, and sanitation
• Vendor and contractor oversight, with a sharp eye on safety and food safety compliance
• CapEx request development, cost justifications, and budget tracking

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Engineering
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally food or CPG
• Hands-on experience managing capital projects from concept to implementation
• Solid grasp of sanitary equipment design, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards
• Someone who communicates clearly, solves problems fast, and keeps multiple projects moving at once
