Jonathan T. Ricketts, Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Construction Management firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Due to the ever-increasing demand for our design and construction management services, we are looking for several individuals who have a strong desire to produce superior designs utilizing the latest in design technologies.

Our firm provides services throughout Florida and the southeast, from design and permitting to expert witness testimony. While we do significant work for our clients, we are also a family-friendly firm that allows our team the flexibility to accommodate family time during traditional work hours, such as afternoon school practices for children or occasional family presence during the workday.

We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) with:

• A strong background in land development, including residential, commercial, industrial, golf course communities, and marinas.
• Have at least 3 years of design experience in paving, grading, water, and sewer design.
• Candidates with a strong background in AutoCAD Civil 3D, LiDAR, ICPR, Microsoft Project, and macro use within Excel are encouraged to apply.
• A working knowledge of county and municipal codes, multiple water management districts, DOT access management, and drainage design is needed, or the willingness to develop a strong proficiency with these entities quickly. Individuals with a strong background in water resources are highly desirable.
• This person must be willing to lead a project from inception to closeout with full responsibility for design, permitting, client interaction, and oversight of construction observation.
