Builtech is currently seeking a Project Engineer ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute new or updated drawings and specifications.
- Research drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
- Research, transmit and monitor RFI's.
- Prepare and monitor a submittal log in accordance with the project schedule and specifications.
- Attend and document project meetings.
- Manage the close-out process.
- Assist with change order documentation and compilation.
- Support onsite safety programs to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree is but not required (preferably in Construction Management or Engineering)

- Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and preferably, Procore
- Leadership skills including self-awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization
- Willingness to travel to job sites (locally or nationally) as needed
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
- The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers
- The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment
- Valid driver?s license

Compensation: $75,000-90,000+++
